new humpty dumpty (the nick for our new CEO of the head company) says, I would like to take a look at all departments SOPs, give it to me by tomorrow.
that ONE sentence from his mouth is making the whole building shivering, ants in all Head of Department’s pants. AND.. they are sooooooooo panicky that i am feeling it at this corner.

feel consoled when you are frustrated, boss asks you out for coffee, advise strategy and update you with directions. at least i know i’m not fighting alone in work.
i hope everything will remain as it is now. Love, Family, Work and other relationships… all still positive feel. NO, it’ll be marvelous if my pay is tripled. ha ha ha.

first day
so, officially, mrkoh is under training.

another site inspection

ADOS praised me to another ADOS.. he said there’s improvement. AND, i’m doing good.

everything is slow mo X 2. just couldn’t things done in a way.
boss’s mood is not that beautiful today. just like a grumpy old man. ha ha.
when my colleagues questioned me, i brushed them off by saying man-u cocked up a match on saturday. that’s why he’s so pissed. ha ha ha.
and since he has been abusing with the sales team, yours truly sacrifice and chatted with him about the car he has been wanting to change. so, guys are just guys afterall. it’s either love or car will cheer them up. so ya… boss was telling me everything about Forester this morning. and wahhhh.. its value drops 10K compare to the year before. can you imagine how much is its market value in jul – the month that everyone predicts everything will have its lowest worth.
anyway, weekend is another typical weekend.
there are alot of places that we feel like adventuring. But somehow, my laziness has defeated the enthusiasm.

at the current economic, international furniture fair really pump up the occupancy incredibly, pleasing to owner’s eyes. SO, everyone should drop by this exhibition to show support. it attracts ppl here to boost our economy.

last week, i conducted a site inspection. it was an unofficial test. sadly, i didn’t do well. the awkward silence in between jammed my thoughts. a lot of time, i’m at lost of words. although it’s true u’ll feel more tensed when the invigilator was around to assess you, but it’s an excuse to make it a reason.
but well, as mrkoh taught me, ‘what doesn’t kill you, will make you stronger’. i’m pretty confident that i will make it, and each time, it’ll be even better. so much so that i’ll be invincible, soon.
meanwhile, i just have to pull up my socks.
anyone? i’ll do inspection for u personally.

mine working hours will shift forward soon you know? 8am – 5.45pm
it was actually 8.30am – 6.15pm.
still 5day work week.
BUT 5.45pm!!! imagine no congestion in expressway. wahhhh. reach home by 20mins instead of 30mins.
both hands, both legs support!!
bcoz even we start at 8.30am, i alw reach 7.40am.
it doesn’t matter a difference to me.

executive meeting
it used to be twice a month when the directors’ meeting will be held.
the frequency doubled this year. *grumble*
i have been very busy preparing ammunition for my boss for the meeting.
the beginning has just ended. and they announce something pleasing… me like~
